You can use keyboard shortcuts to increase your productivity.
Most of the shortcuts are available only in desktop applications for Windows, Linux or OS X. Call shortcuts are also included in Web version of Thirdlane Connect.

| Ctrl+[1-9], Ctrl+0 | Cmd+[1-9], Cmd+0 | Open the item from the currently selected left pane whose sequential number corresponds to the number key (1-10). For example, if your Recent activity left pane is shown, and you press Ctrl+3 (Cmd+3 on Mac), the Chat page for the 3rd recent activity item will be opened. This rule applies to Recent activity, Contacts, Channels, Call History, and Settings sections. |
Call Shortcuts#

Note that you can ignore an incoming call by hitting the Esc button. This will stop the ringing sound and remove the call popup without giving any notification to the caller.
