Thirdlane Connect allows users to link their Google and Microsoft accounts ( Internet Accounts) to Thirdlane Connect, sign-in without having to enter user id and password, and search in, communicate with, and add associated contacts to Thirdlane Connect.

Every Linux release reaches its end of life (becomes EOL) at some point.

Becoming EOL means that it is no longer supported by a vendor or the community, and does not get any security updates or bug fixes. Using EOL OS creates software update problems and security vulnerabilities.

Thirdlane Connect has been tested and works well with Coturn - free open source server that acts as both STUN and TURN servers. You can read about STUN and TURN in this post.

Coturn can be installed on the same server as the Thirdlane PBX or Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX, or on a separate server dedicated to STUN/TURN processing.

We agree with Wikipedia that click-to-call (CTC) is actually a misleading name for this technology as it typically refers to a means for web users to ask a website operator to call them, in other words "click-to-call" would be more accurately referred to as "request-a-call".

While these "request-a-call" style applications are popular and easy to setup, their limitation is that they can only work when web users have a phone.
