We've seen Asterisk hang up on incoming voicemails after 30 seconds. This happens intermittently and we can't find a pattern. Our thoughts are the calling number hangs up after not receiving audio for 30 seconds. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

After some searching online,
After some searching online, we found a possible solution by setting "transmit_silence = yes" in asterisk.conf. The issue hasn't happened again since we set that, but time will tell if this actually resolved the issue or not.
I haven't received any response on this, does anyone at Thirdlane have any thoughts?
