Integration Contacts Not Shown

Hi,

For ThirdLane Connect,

I've followed the guides to integrate Google and Microsoft accounts to Connect, but those account's contacts are not being pulled.

I've made sure the contacts were present and had phone numbers attached.

Everything looks right on my end, is there something I'm missing or is this a bug?
