We're unable to do an Attended transfer via Connect, only Blind. On iOS and Android, we get a message "You have no appropriate destination calls", and I don't even see the option on the web or Windows app, only the option for a blind transfer. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know a way around it?

Thanks for the info, that works. I didn't realize we needed to place the first caller on hold and initiate a new call.

Volodya may correct me if I am wrong, but you just have to initiate the call, the first call will be placed on hold
