I've recently updated a client's box and introduced them to Thirdlane Connect. They were familiar with the old User Portal but rarely used it. They noticed some of the following items missing from Thirdlane Connect and requested they be added to it so they don't have to switch between the User Portal and Thirdlane Connect:
Ability to change web portal password inside Thirdlane Connect.
Please add Call Screening options to Thirdlane Connect.
For managing voicemail, it would nice if you click on all or many voicemails and then hit Delete.
Once you delete a voicemail, it still appears in the list until you log back in.
