Thirdlane 7.3.1.1 is available

We are happy to announce a new release 7.3.1.1 of Thirdlane Business PBX, Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX, Thirdlane Elastic PBX Platform and Thirdlane Call Center.

This release further advances Thirdlane products, focusing on security, scalability, ease of use and maintenance.

Here is a partial list of enhancements, new features and bug fixes:

Added Salesforce CRM lead capture and caller lookup to Call Center and User Portal

New license management mechanism - with license activation/deactivation capability to support server migration

Various security related enhancements

Call Center with 2 agents is now a default for template "thirdlane" tenant as well as the Thirdlane Business PBX

Added Prosody XMPP server to the installation ISO

Added support for filtering, searching and selection in listboxes and dropdown boxes with large numbers of items (visually identified as light yellow)

Various enhancements in Migration Assistant mostly to deal with special cases and exceptions during export/import

Various enhancements in Thirdlane REST API

Added filter by status, ip address and phone model to User Extensions

Removed backup of logs database from log database patch process

Split stored procedures and triggers creation from the database sql file used in database creation, changed update process to always recreate procedures and triggers when database shema is updated

Changed restore to run "yum update" even if minor errors occurred during restore

Enhanced error reporting in restore process to properly support polling during long running restores

Increased maximum width of defaultuser column in sip_users table to 255 to accommodate long user names

Added ability to push master server configuration files to worker servers in Thirdlane Elastic PBX Platform install

Added Ability for worker server to register with master and obtain configuration parameters from master server

Added automatic creation of local and remote server definitions during initial configuration of master and worker servers

Added fine grained permission system for access to Call Center Queues, Agents and Recorded Calls

Added outbound conferences where members (extensions/phone numbers or devices) get called by the originator

Added Jabber id and photo image URL to contacts

Added automatic XMPP user management to Communications Manager GUI (supported only in database based backend)

Fixed a bug where Migration Assistant was failing to run export on https servers with self signed certificates

Fixed a bug where NAT option was always saved as yes in user extensions

Added groups to contacts

Fixed pbxlogs dsn settings in odbc.ini file which was setup incorrectly when configuring a system that was using a text based backend

Fixed a bug where MySQL backup was not copying procedures and triggers

Moved admin user creation as the last step in initial wizard to have admin user stored in the database

Added an option to hide passwords from non "superadmin" users

Added an option on a tenant level to require password change on the first login

we have e physical cluster with single tenant pbx installed.

how can we upgrade to the new version?
there is a particular procedure?
