I have to block outgoing call to a list of numbers for one Tennant.
What is the best method for this task?

I did it as feature codes to ivr say that the call to this target is restricted. So if its not too much numbers then its good enough.

In the recent version there
In the recent version there is a "Dialing Permissions" feature that allows to specify patterns for who can dial which numbers - using Asterisk dialing patterns.
Probably a custom script that checks a list for a match. Then if it's good to proceed as normal
