our data center has been on generator power since the 14th. We just got city power back yesterday. Some 400,000+ homes were without power as a result of hurricane Ike; that's not even counting southern indiana or ohio.

No, actually, Louisville, Kentucky. wind damaged reached far up the ohio valley with wind gusts around 83mph.
Glad you were safe & the generators worked!
