how to block anonymous and unknown caller id?

Hello,

We have a tenant that is getting lots of unwanted calls from callers with callerid's of anonymous and unknown. Does anyone know hw to block these?

Theres a chance they are calling the phones directly. Do the calls appear in the CDR records?

I blocked the 000 and 1000 in inbound.include - is there another, better way to block? 9000 is the receptionist ring group.
