Hi!
Just wondered if there was a solution to this one - we need the ability for a caller to dial into the PBX from outside and choose a submenu which is protected by a password. From this submenu they need to be able to choose an option that gives them an outside dialtone (in fact simply access a SIP or IAX outgoing trunk) and dial any number.
I have tried to do this with the 'other dialing patterns to allow' field, but this results in the caller simply being disconnected.
Is this currently possible to do?
