FollowMe Huntlist with unregistered extension

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to use a FollowMe based hunt list with an unregistered extension.
The idea is I want to roll over an incoming call to someone's cell phone, but I want the "Confirm Call Acceptance" feature to prevent the end-user's cell phone from hijacking the hunt-list.

However, when I set this up, the system polls the extension, detects a CHANUNAVAIL, and never goes to the follow-me number, regardless of the settings in the user portal for that extension.

What do I need to do to fix this?
