its probably more of an issue
its probably more of an issue with your upstream carrier than anything. who is your upstream carrier?
I have an issue with the Polycom 501/601 not working with other phone systems.
I wish there was a way to find out what type of phone system a company uses without directly asking them. :)
Would really help with troubleshooting this type of an issue.
