We're unable to create voicemail folders through the web portal. When viewing the user portal for an individual extension, you can view voicemails, and there's an option "Select Existing or Enter a New Folder", but it doesn't allow you to create a folder, only to move voicemails to an existing folder. Verision 8.3.1.2.

That makes sense in regards to the comedian mail if people are accessing it via a phone dialed into the voicemail, but we do have customers that use the portal to organize voicemails a bit. We were able to create folders in a previous version of Thirdlane and would like to see that available. Thanks.
the drawback of making a new folder and giving it a name is that it is not compatible with Comedian Mail. Comedian Mail is hard-coded for only a few specific mail folder names and are case-sensitive. If you step outside of this structure, you lose the unified access allowing all interfaces to access the same content. It would leave you vulnerable to complaints from users that they cannot access their folder from dialing VoiceMailMain().
