When sending a hunt group to a mobile we've been putting the mobile in the "Other Numbers to Dial" field,
This works fine, however if using tl-dialout-1-trunk the ${callerid(num)} variable is overwritten to blank once it gets to that context, so the Caller ID presented is that of the trunk in tl-dialout-1-trunk
Our provider supports Caller ID re-writing, how do we get it in Thirdlane?

Try to use tl-dialout-1-trunk-passthrough script instead. You can create alternative outbound route with some prefix which will differentiate it from default route and should be removed before sending call to the carrier.
