Not sure if I'm missing something simple here,
I'm attempting to transfer a call to an external destination ( a customer's mobile ) from a Hunt Group,
Is there a way to do this on v8.2.1.1 using the built in scripts?
I've found I can point it at an extension that's forwarding but that's going to take up an Extension licence,

To have the option to include external destinations you can enable extension based ring groups (in system preferences) - but the reason it is off by default ( and could be deprecated) is because it could cause problems (like vm response on any destinations, etc) - so we don't generally recommend this.
