Connect on Imported Extensions

Posted by NickJ on Tue, 05/23/2017

I noticed when I imported a tenant from an older version of Thirdlane (Version 6), Connect doesn't work on those tenants. But it does work for new tenants I'd created on that box.

I did some searching and found the imported tenant's wasn't in /etc/prosody/vhosts.cfg.lua

I added it there and restarted Prosody and then Connect started working, but I'm still noticing some parts of Connect not working on imported tenants, such as Webhooks, Internet Accounts & Contact Sources not working.

Can you please let me know what else needs to be added to make these imported tenants work as they're supposed to?

Hi Alex,
When is the fix for this scheduled?
Every time a new tenant is added I have to re-add the configuration to /etc/prosody/vhosts.cfg.lua and restart prosody, or Connect breaks.

Hey Alex,
This is now fixed but the Webhooks on Imported tenants still don't work,
Is this something you're aware of? I couldn't find anything different in the Prosody config or the database that was different between an imported tenant or a nativeley created one,

@nickj

Temporary fix for all imported tenants create a back-up and restore the back-up on the server.
This way the tenant will be added to vhosts.cfg.lua and webhooks will work
