Grafana Dashboards

Thirdlane integrates with Grafana to provide real-time and historical monitoring dashboards for the platform and its underlying services.

Available Dashboards

The following built-in dashboards are available:

  • System Overview — CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization across servers.
  • Call Reports — call volume, answer rates, and duration trends over time.
  • Kamailio — SIP proxy metrics including active dialogs, request rates, and error counts.
  • MariaDB — database performance metrics such as query throughput, connections, and replication status.
  • Nginx — web server request rates, response codes, and connection statistics.

Accessing Grafana

Grafana is accessible from the Configuration Manager interface. Dashboards are pre-configured and begin collecting data automatically once the platform is deployed.

Customization

Administrators can create custom dashboards or modify existing ones to focus on specific metrics relevant to their deployment. Grafana’s alerting features can also be configured to notify administrators of threshold breaches.

Grafana dashboards require the monitoring stack to be enabled on the server. Contact your system administrator if dashboards are not available.
