Platform Overview
What is Thirdlane Platform
Thirdlane Platform is a complete unified communications and contact center solution for businesses and service providers. It combines a full-featured IP PBX, team messaging, video conferencing, and a multi-channel contact center into a single, integrated platform — managed through a powerful web-based Configuration Manager.
Whether you are a service provider hosting hundreds of tenants, an enterprise managing multiple offices, or a small business looking for a professional phone system with team collaboration — Thirdlane provides the tools you need.
Who Is It For
Service Providers and MSPs
Host and manage multiple tenants from a single installation. Each tenant gets full isolation, dedicated configuration, optional branding, and delegated administration. Reseller management lets you offer white-label services at scale.
Businesses of All Sizes
From single-office deployments to multi-location enterprises, the same powerful feature set is available. Start small with an all-in-one server and scale to a geo-redundant cluster as your needs grow.
Contact Centers
Built-in call queuing with intelligent routing strategies, agent management, real-time metrics, messaging queues for omnichannel customer support, and CRM integration — all without third-party add-ons.
