Speech Services
The Speech Services section configures Text-to-Speech (TTS) for IVR voice prompts and Voice Transcription for voicemail and recorded calls.
For chat AI features (composer rewrite, thread summarize) and post-call AI analysis (sentiment, categorization, etc.), see AI Services.
You can choose providers from Amazon, Google (under your own accounts), Thirdlane, or Custom to wrap a local script.
Create/Edit Service
Name. The name of the service.
Purpose. The purpose of the service — Text-to-Speech or Transcription.
Description. A brief description of the service.
Provider. The service provider — Amazon/AWS, Google, Thirdlane, or Custom.
Region. For Amazon/AWS services, the region where the service is located.
Access Key IDs. For Amazon/AWS and Thirdlane, the Access Key ID provided by the service provider.
Secret Access Key. For Amazon/AWS and Thirdlane, the Secret Access Key provided by the service provider.
Key File. For Google, the content of your Google Key File.
Languages. For services with a Purpose of Transcription, you can specify up to four languages that the service will attempt to recognize.
