When you bulk generate extensions there are some fields not available to default such as
Account Code
Operators Extension
Are these excluded for a reason?
also I just did a bunch of them and the default setup did not work is there a bug?
Did I forget to check a box somewhere?

Yes, this is correct. There also is a bug (which Erik reported earlier) related to some data missing in the extensions created by the bulk generator that will be fixed in the next release.

its a combination of the Default Settings screen plus the tenant specific default options.
