Webmin Sidebar Appears after user Login

I'm having a bit of an appearance issue, for some reason the Webmin sidebar appears after a user logs in. Once you click on the Thirdlane MTE the bar goes away but I do not what my MTE users to see this when they login. Any way to correct this issue,

MTE version 6.0.71.1
Ubuntu 8.10
Webmin 1.4.70

Changing the theme in webmin to MSC.Linux (no frames) solved the issue for me. I found a lynx friendly theme that works well too - quite nice if you are mocking with a server and only have ssh access.
