We have an issue where one user cannot log into Connect. When we attempt to login, the wheel spins for a while, then an error "Sign in error. Connection timeout, try again or contact your system administrator". We tried deleting the extension and re-adding it back, but we still get the same error. The extension's settings are identical to other extensions on the same tenant, and the others have no problem logging in. This happens on iPhone, Android, and Windows. We're running MTE 10.1.2.2 with the latest version of Connect. Any suggestions?
