, I have a customer who hate call park (due to the lack of BLF function) is pushing to figure out an alternative
it is possible to have a feature code to transfer a call to an extension and it put it on hold there, example: ext 101 is transferring a call to ext 102 and it goes directly to 102 on hold, to push it a little further if 102 is free it should ring if it is on the phone it should go to hold on ext 102 as if it was answered and placed on hold
Is some like that possible
