when you have a non-compliant sip provider who isnt correctly sending the information and your asterisk box keeps saying sent to invalid extension 's' when you call +1NXXNXXXXX and those lame bastards only use the TO header of sip to specify the recipient. This script (assigned to 's') will parse the TO header and use goto to re-send it back into from-outside.
