Thirdlane portal login problems

I have a customer that logged in to his web portal, changed his password, then logged in again. It worked fine.
He then logged in to his bosses web portal, changed his password, then could not log in to either one again. (see no access pic)
"Does not have access to webmin modules"

Now I tried logging in to another of their users and it lets me get to the change password screen but won't let me change it.
"says I am using wrong password"

I have tried giving the original extension access to every webmin module and I still get the same error.

I can log in to my web portal fine(different tenant).

turns out user names are also case sensitive...kinda.

They must be case sensitive for the Thirdlane portal but not for the webmin part of it.
