Thirdlane Dialer not storing user password

Hi Kyriakos,

It is supposed to store the password. Can you try changing the password to something simple and see if that makes a difference?

Any chance I could connect to your box to see what is hapenning?

password is 3 characters only! I can give you access on my box. Please send me an email so we can arrange the details.

I have tried installing it on both Vista and XP boxes but still the same problem.

have you been able to get the dialer working at all?

It works now except from the popups.. working on it though..might be a firewall issue?

to which port does the asterisk talk to dialer? Perhaps the firewall is blocking inbound asterisk notify messages to dialer on my pc.

The current implementation won't allow popups when client is behind NAT.
