Thirdlane dialer, instant messenger, presence watcher, soft phone app

Posted by civey on Thu, 09/20/2012

Who all would be interested in getting this solution put together? This is one of the biggest this that I feel is missing with our solution compared to other hosted services from our competition. I would be willing to put money into the development of this program and was wondering if anyone else would be interested in this?

Maybe if we show enough interest here Thirdlane will see this and come up with a timeline and a way to get this project underway and complete.

Thanks

Do you know of a suggested program to see the status of all your extensions for MT

I'll be happy to invest in this too,
I just saw what addon Bicom provided and I feel poor.
watch gloCOM in youtube and see how nice is it.

i looked at the video.. honestly I like the look and feel if iSymphony better.. IMO the best approach might be licensing teamviewer for distribution by thirdlane, and then make improvements upon it to add some of the other features.

As PBX manager 7 is not support thirdelane dialer, now we must join together and get a solution.
Any ideas?

what happens when you try to use the thirdlane dialer with 7? I know it wasnt listed as supported but has anyone atleast tested its results? The outlook portion simply initiated a click-to-call feature that might still exist and the url callto: handler enabled click-to-call from web pages.
