Thirdlane Connect - Basic Issues

hi,

I could do with some help with thirdlane, specifically the connect feature. all the other features work well and i have no problems using, but i cannot get thirdlane connect to start working properly!

i have a Lets Encrypt SSL, so thats good, and i have the app installed on my phone (also good).

im logged in on the app (great) but no audio, whatsoever.

the PBX is a test PBX behind a firewall with the same ports open that thirdlane has (5060, 4000-4999, 10000-20000 etc), ive even set the STUN server (in general settings) to our working stun server, no dice.

what am i missing, and where should i be looking?

ok, so inside RTP.conf i changed:

; stunaddr

to stunaddr=MYSERVER:MYPORT

and then saved, reloaded asterisk, suddenly it works with audio!

now im testing the rest.

Ok, so new issues i could use a hand with:

voicemails - they appear but do NOT play in the thirdlane app
chats - chats appear but "calling a chat room" is entirely silent
video call - i see me, but i dont see the other person, and vica versa

was it something i havent done / did?

and one more issue: the app on a phone (if the handset is locked and left for a while) doesnt seem to be "live". incoming calls fail. anyone else found this?

Some of these issues may be addressed in the upcoming release - please let us know if any of the problems persist after the update. Watch for the new release announcement on the web site.
