ThirdLane Asterisk Problem

Good Morning,

we have installed a physical cluster with ThirdLane Single Tenant.

Our Customer sometimes call us for call problem, no audio and other thing.

last time I connect to the cluster managament and I notice that the server of asterisk was started from some minutes.
any command such as RELOAD doesn't work.

what can we check in this situation?

Can we open a ticket to the support? there are some logs to see?

What version of Asterisk is this?

I find that a nightly or 3 day 'in the middle of the night' type cron'd restart isn't a bad idea.

Seems to help with this type of behavior.
