We are a serviced office that uses thirdlane and I am new at using thirdlane and am going to do some training when I get a chance.
We have over 200 extensions which represent individual offices/businesses.
I want to test the voicemail for all and dont want to call each customer so I was wondering if their is an option to dial their numbers, attach a sample voicemail recording and then the system would email them?
Sorry if its a stupid question.

I create a feature code for tl-transfer-to-vm (think thats its name) and set the ivoking length to 1. If my extensions are all in the 100's (101, 103, 105 etc) I make a pattern _71XX and call this script. It will strip the 7 off the extension and send it to mailbox 1XX depending on what you dialed (7103 goes to mailbox 103). I use this feature primarily so that if a receptionist needs to send a caller directly to someones voicemail they do not have to call and extension and let it ring-timeout to VM, they can just dump a caller straight there.
