Strange Behavior on Fresh 12.1 install

Hello,

We recently did a clean install of Thirdlane 12.1.  Using the Trunk settings we had before, we can receive incoming calls without issue.  However, outbound calls generate a busy.  We have confirmed that the settings are correct, and the current settings for outbound had in fact worked before we did a clean install.  We are seeing the following from asterisk:

Any and all outbound calls generate this error

-- Called SIP/18666859630@Lingo2
    -- Got SIP response 482 "Loop Detected" back from 127.0.0.1:5060
    -- SIP/Lingo2-00000423 is circuit-busy
  == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)

I have been unable to find any setting in the Configuration Manager that would explain this.  Both I and my predecessor are at a loss.  We can't help but feel it is something really simple in the settings.  We just need to where we would go to correct this loop condition.  Thanks in advance.
