There is a feature when creating an IVR to allow an additional dialing pattern. However, it does not seem to allow me to create multiple patterns. Perhaps this should be a feature request or maybe I am missing something obvious here. The workaround of course is to manually edit menus.include to add the additional pattern which is what I did.
