I have a customer with three special mailboxes. He went into change the unavailable greeting and it would not take.
Suspecting operator error I tested it also to the same effect no change. In order to change the greeting the band-aid is to record the Temporary Greeting.
Has anyone else noticed this. Is it just my box or have I found a bug.

I just tried with a regular mailbox and both unavailabale and busy record for me.

my suspicion is that
my suspicion is that recording format changed. I had this happen in the past where at one time it was set to record wav|wav49|gsm and latter changed it to just wav49 to conserve space. As long as the old formats were still in the mailbox (unavailable.wav etc) existed the newly recorded unavailable.WAV never got played. Try deleting all the old formats that dont have new timestamps.
This also happened with a regular mailbox today...
