The ‘Special Mailboxes’ screen needs a way to manage the messages of said mailboxes. This area is often used to setup a general mailbox that hunt lists and IVR utilize. Currently no portal method exists to administrate these mailboxes once created leaving the customer to have to use the tl-check-voicemail macro as the only interactive way to delete or save messages.

Basically the Admin’s need a link in the mailboxes.cgi page that launches voicemail.cgi for that specific mailbox.

The only work around is to assign a full blown extension which counts against their user license. Any Admin granted ‘Special Mailbox’ access should also be given rights to use voicemail.cgi and access the recordings for these special mailboxes.

I suspect that, since all the pieces are already written, the implementation is merely a matter of permissions and putting the links in.

the same is with special lines to be able to mange and litsen to recorded calls

special lines recorded calls can be listened to under Call History -> Recorded calls
