Hello all,
I am in the process of evaluating thirdlane pbx manager for deployment within my company.
I am currently experiencing an issue with auto provisioning on the SPA941. The phone will register with the pbx and I can make and place calls to/from it. However, the phone continuously reboots.
Has anyone experienced this issue in the past? If so do you have a solution?
I really like the thirdlane manager, but this could be a deal breaker.

if you set any XML variable in the config file twice, like for example, setting all the SHORT NAMES to blank and then later within the same file set a value the phone will reboot.
I would suggest verifying the file. If you still can't find it set the resync to 1 minute and continue to simplify the file until you find the culprit.

reboots when you make a change to their config? (like its getting a new one?) or rebooting once every 24hrs when it does it re-sync? Or is it something entirely different?
ive seen them reboot every 24hrs but not anything more frequent than that (unless they had new configs and were told to reboot).
