Please dont laugh at me if I am asking some silly question,
Usually while recharging prepaid mobile
we usually dail something like *131*Pin Number# from the mobile and the pin value is topped up in the mobile, Can someone please help me out what happens when we dail the above things from the mobile and how is the mobile number and pin number communicated with the network servers and gets topped out. Will there be any special means of communication for topping up?
