Have a situation with one tenant having multiple locations. They need each location's DID to have different hold music from each other. I was able to set MOH for individual extensions but only for outbound calls (by setting it on the "Personal Music-On-Hold" and then adding the "mohsuggest" phone option to the name of the MOH. But it doesn't seem to apply the setting to inbound calls, even if the DID is routed directly to an extension. Am I missing a phone option?
