Hey all,
I'm not sure if this is something that can be set on the PBX or if it has to be done through the DID provider. Currently when a customer calls in, they don't see the business name that they are calling, they only see "Benson Systems" ive changed everything i can think of on the PBX and it still shows this. Am i missing something or is this something that my DID provider has to change?
