Hi,

We experienced the "Server returned error code = -1" error after updating our MTE server. We are coming from 8.0.3.10, going to 8.3.12.

I tried to check the license status and it was successful. Our license is show as valid and not expired, but nothing would let us past the error and into the web interface. We also were not able to place outbound calls from any tenant. We restored from backup to get online.

Is there something I am missing?

I tried calling support but I have no idea what our customer number is and was not able to get past the prompt. I couldn't find our customer number anywhere in past order info or our web profile.

Hello,

Did you save /etc/webmin/asterisk/install.log log file from your system after update?

No, I didn't. Had to restore to get things back online for clients. I will re-attempt the update tonight and report back.

I reached out to sales. The license tab after the update showed the correct license and expiration date. Everything seemed to indicate it was valid and should work...
