We experienced the "Server returned error code = -1" error after updating our MTE server. We are coming from 184.108.40.206, going to 8.3.12.
I tried to check the license status and it was successful. Our license is show as valid and not expired, but nothing would let us past the error and into the web interface. We also were not able to place outbound calls from any tenant. We restored from backup to get online.
Is there something I am missing?
I tried calling support but I have no idea what our customer number is and was not able to get past the prompt. I couldn't find our customer number anywhere in past order info or our web profile.
