some versions of 1.6 instead want a busy-after setting instead

Thanks for the quick answer. It works fine but if i have call limit set to 1 i cant transfer the call. There is no workaround for that?

you could try busylevel=1 to see if that has a different effect (if your version of asterisk supports it).

you may have to disable call waiting on your device to have the effect you want.

Im using Asterisk 1.4.24.1, where so i find the busylevel in the webinterface?

it isnt. thats a 1.6.2.x command, you'd have to put it into the other options box

I changed the CW setting in the phone to no. That was the only way i managed to get it work.

you can also do it with the phones built in feature code

CW Act Code: *56 CW Deact Code: *57
CW Per Call Act Code: *71 CW Per Call Deact Code: *72

if your provisioning the commands might be ** and then the code..
