Dear Community,
I have installed the Thirdlane application onto my phone but no matter what I try I keep seeing the error "Connection failed. Check your server name, internet connection and try again. Also make sure that your server uses a validSSL certificate."
My internet is working without any hassles on all other applications.
I am able to login using a web browser, this issue only appears on my mobile phone.
Does anyone have any advice for how to get this resolved.
