We get allot of requests for the following feature. I think its because many traditional pbx systems work this way. They basically want the call to go back to the person who did the transfer in the first place.
1a. Lets say extA is on a call and transfers to extB.
2a. extB does not answer for 15 seconds
3a Call should ring back to extA
1b. Similarly Lets say extC is on a call and transfers to extB.
2b. extB does not answer for 15 seconds
3b. Call should ring back to extC
In addition to this if the original ext does not answer it should ring back to an operator.
ie:
4a or 4b = ring to operator.
Is this something you guys are looking at? I know we had some brief discussions about it.
