Registration Issues

I have one customer having 3 tenants with a total of six phones all under 1 network, and some times when a call is made to company a, it is being routed to company b, for a while it only gos back to norm when the phones art rebooted or reregister, i thing its a ip registration problem.

I have seen on some posts someone mentioned something like installing sip proxy, question is this the right solution, where do i install it and is there any configurations i need to know?

any advice
