Queue log not recording call length?

Hi,

This question would be better posted to asterisk-users, but for some reason my 1.4 installations of Asterisk are not recording call length in the queue log.

A typical log entry looks like:

1219019491|1219019483.2833|Support-xx|SIP/1003-xx|CONNECT|8|1219019483.2835
1219019491|1219019483.2833|Support-xx|SIP/1003-xx|COMPLETECALLER|8|0|1

and the second last parameter of the COMPLETECALLER field should be the time the call took.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

I just checked all my single and multi tenant boxes that utilize queues and they all field 7 populated. what version of 1.4 are you running?
