Problem with Configuration Editor window Extension creation

Posted by quob on Mon, 04/15/2013

We have installed over a Ubuntu Server 12.04 an Asterisk 1.8 and a Thirdlane 6.1.1.12 from a uploaded file through Webmin. After licensing the version, the software seem to work fine, unless we discovered that it doesnt allow to configure CDRs because it was unable to connect with AMI. We also noticed that file configuration didn't work. We solved the first issue as indicated on

http://www.thirdlane.com/forum/after-installation-could-not-connect-to-manager-interface

Meanwhile, the second issue still persist. When this option is selected the GUI shows the foldable option button 'Edit folder' over the window (I mean, the same side bar, the user options and instead the menu name the string Error' in the work space area as shown in the attached image)

Moreover the extension creation process return a message 'Script is not found' The advance option link doesn't work neither. Could it be a premission issue? How could I check it?

Could someone help us? Has anybody experienced something similar? And how do you fix it?

I would like to fix all these issues before updating the system. Or should I do it now? Are these known problems (I couldn't find more help)

Thank you in advance.
