We are currently testing latest Thirdlane release with asterisks 1.6.2.10.
It looks good so far except that the reload doesn't work. For example when I add new extension and reload asterisk from Thirdlane the extension still can't be registered.
I have to restart asterisk manually in order to make this extension live.
What can we do about this?

you need to edit your cli_aliases.conf file
