Outbound CID

Hi,

One of out STE server is not displaying outbound CID.

We have set "External Caller ID Number" on every extension and "Caller ID" on trunk, but still appear as "unknown" each time calls out.

Are we missing anything? Please assist us to configure it properly with this, thank you very much in advance.
