outbound calling on simple signal sip trunks

Posted by attsthadams on

New to forum. Downloaded the Thirdlane MTE Demo. Having trouble dialing out. Can get calls to go outbound to other numbers on same carrier i am using but not to numbers not on carrier.
Posted some info below. I dont know if this enough for someone to help out but it is a start.

Carrier is simple signal which is a reseller for Level 3. I think they have their own switching equipment though.

All help would be appriciated.
