Hello,
I have want to use the One Touch Recording feature which I simply press #9 to record the call.
The call is recorded and I can download from the webUI etc.
The issue is that it doesn’t record the conversation such as:
Person 1: Hello, How are you?
Person 2: Good. Are you working hard?
Person 1: Yes, Not like you.
Person 2: Ha ha.
It records it as:
Person 1: Hello, How are you?
Person 1: Yes, Not like you.
Person 2: Good. Are you working hard?
Person 2: Ha ha.
Is there a way to record it in sequence of the conversation?
Otherwise its pointless and painful.
